FISHjet KR – Drying and Smoking Units for Fish

With the FISHjet systems for drying and smoking fish, Schröter has reinterpreted a traditional processing style in a modern, large-scale way. FISHjet brings out the best tastes of a broad range of products and improves shelf-life at the same time. Whether for fish which is processed hanging down, or laid out flat on screens, uniformity is ensured by effective heating and cooling, dehumidification and continuous control over the recirculating air with high fresh air content and intense smoke volume. Units can be equipped with standard hinged doors, a double-leaf door, an automatic lifting door or a sectional door.

FISHjet® systems can be built to be loaded with wagons, stationary rack systems or hanging trees.
