CLIMAjet
The CLIMAjet line includes fermentation room systems, cold smokehouses, maturing, drying and storage rooms designed to produce all types of fully dry-cured and semi-dried fermented products like salami, and fully-dried, shelf-stable products such as beef jerky and snack sticks. The line also includes the CLIMAjet defrosting chambers, which are designed to convert frozen raw materials to defrosted, production-ready raw material within 16-18 hours with minimal electrical and water costs, and with typical shrinks as low as 0.5 to 1.5%!
SMOKjet RF – Friction Smoke Generators
While each type of SMOKjet smoke generator can be used in different applications, and while the SMOKjet RH is the most versatile unit of all, many fish producers who need a lower temperature smoke over longer periods of time choose the SMOKjet RF friction smoke generator. Not only does it produce significantly less heat, which is particularly important for fish that needs to be cold smoked, it also works within a recirculating system, meaning that less smoke exits the smokehouse, thereby reducing emissions and preventing the need to install emissions cleaning systems.
