THERMICjet

The THERMICjet line includes hot smokehouses, ovens, steam cooking chambers, as well as water cooking systems and cooking kettles. Systems can be designed in any size, and can be made for wagons, hanging trees or stationary floor racks. ARCTICjet

The ARCTICjet line of intensive chillers utilizes a combination of interval showering and cold air chilling to bring product temperatures down to below freezing in as short a time as possible, and with as little cost as possible. ARCTICjet intensive chillers can be paired with THERMICjet hot smokehouses and cooking houses to provide completely cooked and chilled product in one line.

SEMIjet

SEMIjet systems provide the advantages and features of a THERMICjet hot smoking or cooking chamber and an ARCTICjet intensive chiller, in one flow-through cabinet. Automatic transport systems can load the cooking section, transfer the load to the chiller, and then unload, with wagons, hanging trees or stationary racks. Product comes out chilled and ready for slicing or packaging!

CONTIjet

The CONTIjet line is Schröter’s line of continuous cooking and chilling systems. Suitable for producing high volumes of similar products with the least labor cost and within the smallest possible foot-print, CONTIjet lines are custom-designed to suit the customer’s products, building space and specific process requirements.

CLIMAjet

The CLIMAjet line includes fermentation room systems, cold smokehouses, maturing, drying and storage rooms designed to produce all types of fully dry-cured and semi-dried fermented products like salami, and fully-dried, shelf-stable products such as beef jerky and snack sticks. The line also includes the CLIMAjet defrosting chambers, which are designed to convert frozen raw materials to defrosted, production-ready raw material within 16-18 hours with minimal electrical and water costs, and with typical shrinks as low as 0.5 to 1.5%!

SMOKjet

Whether smoking is mild or strong – different products require different smoke intensities. Therefore,Schröter offers four systems for hot and cold smoking in the SMOKjet® product range: glow smoke generators for wood chips and saw dust, steam and friction smoke generators, and liquid smoke devices.

In addition, glow and steam smoke generators produce small exhaust air volumes, which can economically be cleaned by means of exhaust-air cleaning systems. By contrast, friction smoke generators have the advantage of circulatory operation, and liquid smoke systems develop smoke by means of vaporizing compressed air in closed systems.

CLEENjet

CLEENjet is the line of emissions cleaning systems by Schröter. The line includes the CLEENjet RWK water scrubbing systems, which provide excellent cleaning of particulate and most odors, and the CLEENjet TNV line of thermal afterburners, which provide complete emissions cleaning, and can be equipped with heat recovery systems for maximum energy efficiency. The CLEENjet systems can be installed on existing smokehouses of all makes.
