BestCut
Producing hot dogs, bologna or any other finely comminuted products? The BestCut is a continuous fine-cutting system. The rotor/stator system with cutting rings and cutting heads for fine-cutting, emulsifying, dispersing and homogenizing produces excellent results with the least possible temperature rise. Through-put capacity is up to 9,900 lbs. per hour.
AGM
Designed for high-speed mixing and emulsifying, the AGM features a high-speed knife head at the bottom of the vessel. Designed with a special seal carrier for easy cleaning and complete food safety. Use the AGM for emulsifying liquids, sauces, pastes and other fluid and viscous products. The system can be supplied with heating and cooling capabilities, steam injection, water, oil or milk metering, and much more. Sized from 80 to 600 liters.
VAS
The most versatile mixer, the VAS is built with a mixing, cutting or chopping head on the side of the vessel, and a high-speed mixing arm on the bottom, both equipped with the special seal carrier for complete cleaning and food safety. This system can be used for mixing and emulsifying liquids, sauces, pastes and other fluid and viscous products. Also available with heating and cooling capabilities. Sizes are available up to 1,000 liters.

Nock Product
NOCK equipment is capable of skinning or slicing all types of meat, poultry and game. WOK
Imagine the stir fry you could make in this baby! The WOK is a heated vessel with agitators/scrapers to gently fry, cook and mix just about anything. A double-jacket with thermal oil heating provides even heat application, and the scrapers ensure that nothing burns to the sides. Great for all kinds of meat, in pieces, cubes or ground, vegetables, rice, quinoa, eggs and just about anything else. The WOK comes in one size, 400 liters.
ARCTICjet
The ARCTICjet line of intensive chillers utilizes a combination of interval showering and cold air chilling to bring product temperatures down to below freezing in as short a time as possible, and with as little cost as possible. ARCTICjet intensive chillers can be paired with THERMICjet hot smokehouses and cooking houses to provide completely cooked and chilled product in one line.
